Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) was given the responsibility to be the central driving force for implementing and administering this national initiative, with the support from its K-Workers Development Department. MSC Malaysia KDI is an initiative of MSC Malaysia. Trainings and development projects are currently done through various knowledge worker development programmes such as:

To develop skills of available K-Workers to meet existing and immediate vacancies in MSC Malaysia Status companies.
