Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) was given the responsibility to be the central driving force for implementing and administering this national initiative, with the support from its K-Workers Development Department. MSC Malaysia KDI is an initiative of MSC Malaysia. Trainings and development projects are currently done through various knowledge worker development programmes such as:

•  MSC Malaysia Undergraduate Skills Programme (USP)

To equip undergraduates with industry-relevant skills before graduation.

•  MSC Malaysia Job Camp (JC)

To develop skills of available K-Workers to meet existing and immediate vacancies in MSC Malaysia Status companies.

MSC Malaysia KDI forms collaborative alliances with Government agencies, industry experts, companies and academia. In this regard, MDeC released tender inviting sections of various industries to participate in this initiative. Amongst all competing tenders, KISL’s proposal & approach stood unique. MDeC has authorized KISL to undertake MSC Malaysia USP & JC programmes.
